We do not offer refunds or date changes for ANY reason after the specified cancellation dates stated on the Rental Agreement.
It is the responsibility of the Guest to purchase Travel Insurance for cancellations or date changes outside of the specified dates stated on the Rental Agreement.
As with any insurance, a traveler can purchase a "basic policy" or a "cancel for any reason policy." It is the responsibility of the Guest to discuss the policy options with the company/agent that they purchase the Travel Insurance from.
There are no refunds or date changes for ANY reason after the dates stated on the Rental Agreement/Contract; this includes but is not limited to cancellations or interruption due to illness, inclement weather including hurricanes, evacuations, pandemics, National Emergency, State of Emergency, Natural Disaster, Public Health Emergency, Travel Restrictions/Bans, Stay at Home Orders, Rental Ban Orders, pool closures, restaurant closures, renovations at complex etc.
