Hilton Head Breakers #240 is a renovated - True Direct Oceanfront - Private End Unit Condo with one of the best views Hilton Head Island has to offer. Being a Direct Oceanfront End Unit, you have a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really cannot get any closer; it is like being on the beach without leaving the condo. You will enoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. You do not have to drive or walk to the beach - you are already there; the ocean is right out the door. The oceanfront balcony which is equipped with a bistro table and stools makes your stay all the more enoyable.
Breakers #240 is an ideal, second floor oceanfront condo, not too far up and not too low, where shrubs and plantings obstruct your view. Being an end unit, you have added privacy and a side window in the living room with a wonderful view of a beautiful courtyard, pond, and fountain.
Our rentals run saturday to saturday. We permit a maximum of 2 occupants. Pets are not permitted per the HOA. To see if your desired rental dates are available view our Availability Calendar. If the desired rental dates are already reserved let us know, and we will contact you in the event of a cancellation. Make your reservations early because our Hilton Head rentals book up quickly, the majority of our renters is repeat guest. Hilton Head oceanfront rentals Breakers #240 will accommodate a maximum of two occupants. Our rental agreement explains our policies.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Our renovated Hilton Head oceanfront condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including: (central air, washer, dryer, full size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave convection oven, stove top), Sony LCD widescreen TVs..40" in the livingrooms and 32" in the bedrooms, DVD players in the livingroom and bedroom, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cooking utensils etc. Everything you need is provided -bed linens etc. the only thing you need to bring are your bath towels, and washcloths. (If you are traveling by plane, bath towels and washcloths provided upon request.)
Also included in your rental are two beach chairs, coffee pot filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for kitchen and bath, starter roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue, plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
