See the dolphins, watch the sunset, and enjoy a sumptuous Prime Rib and Chicken Buffet with all the fixings aboard our million-dollar dinner cruise yacht the "Spirit of Harbour Town". Dine on the main deck in the island's only heated and air-conditioned dining cabin or take in the sights and sounds of the Low country from our shaded upper deck. Either way you will have a great view of the sunset and the fireworks show. The full service bar will be serving your favorite cold beverage, cocktail or bottle of wine.

Enjoy a traditional southern New Years Buffet featuring Dry Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin with Blackberry BBQ Sauce, Hoppin' John, Collard Greens, Black Eyed Peas, and Cornbread. For non-southerners we will have ample portions of Grilled Chicken, Garlic Whipped Mashed Potatoes, and Winter Vegetables. Dinner starts with a mixed field green salad and ends with 211 Park house made Key Lime Pie.

Watch the sunset at your private window table. Limited seating insures a romantic and intimate evening on the water. Dine on a special menu created by Chef Richard Canastrairi and the culinary staff of 211 Park Wine Barand Bistro. Dinner served tableside by the cabin stewards. Our full service buffet will be serving your favorite cold beverage, cocktail or bottle of wine. The Spirit's Valentines Plate includes; Complimentary Glass of Champagne, Mixed Field Green Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Warm She Crab Soup Laced with Sherry, Dijon and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with a Port Wine Demi Glaze, Filet of Atlantic Salmon with a Pink Peppercorn Buerre Blanc Sauce.
