March 08 - 09, 2008 - Hilton Head Island Kennel Club Dog Show - The Hilton Head Island Kennel Club will host the ninth Annual All Breed Dog Show, Obedience Trials, and Rally on Saturday, March 08, 2008 and Sunday, March 09, 2008 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn. All showing will be outdoors. Parking fee is one day $5.00 and two days for $7.00 Canine vendors will be at the show, with coffee and food vendors for spectators! March 08, 2008 - Annual Wine Festival - 21st Annual Wine Festival Tasting and Auction at Shelter Cove Community Park, 1-4 pm - The largest, tented outdoor wine tasting on the East Coast hosted by the Hilton Head Area Hospitality Association. March 16, 2008 - Hilton Head Island St. Patrick's Day Parade - 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Pope Avenue, Hilton Head Island, SC. The Parade and celebration starts at 2:00 pm, at the Pope Avenue Municipal Parking Lot and ends at Park Plaza on Office Park Road. March 14, 2008 - Savannah Georgia 184th St. Patrick’s Day Celebration will be held on Friday, March 14, 2008 instead of the nationally recognized date of March 17. The Catholic Dioceses of Savannah announced the date change due to Easter Sunday falling on March 23 in 2008. The Feast of St. Patrick’s, which normally occurs on March 17, will fall on the first day of Holy Week, prompting the date change for Savannah’s most popular festival.

Irish eyes will be smiling in Savannah, as February kicks-off Savannah’s world famous St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Events like the Savannah Irish Festival and Savannah’s Tara Feis Celebration will culminate with the 184th annual Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Friday, March 14, 2008.

Heritage Junior Championship - Tuesday, 07/24/07 8:00 AM - Friday, 07/27/07 4:00 PM. The Heritage Classic Foundation, which conducts the PGA TOUR’s Verizon Heritage, has agreed to a three-year sponsorship of the Heritage Junior Championship to be held July 24-27, 2007, at Hampton Hall Club in Bluffton, S.C.
The 84-player, 54-hole event will feature the nation’s top junior boys and girls, ages 12-18. The first round will be held Wednesday, July 25, with the second and final rounds being played Thursday, July 26 and Friday, July 27, respectively.
